This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other EU countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively OnePlus” or “we”). By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”).
1. Campaign duration: from February 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM CET to February 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM CET.
2: Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/watch-3 in United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Greece, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.
3. Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/watch-3 in the campaign duration have a chance to win one prize
4. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible participants: One (1) winner will receive one (1) OnePlus 13 12GB+256GB, each of the two (2) winners will receive one (1) OnePlus Watch 3 and other participants will receive a 30 € off coupon for OnePlus Watch 3. The value of the prize may be found on oneplus.com.
5. OnePlus 13 12GB+256GB or OnePlus Watch 3 will be in the form of a redemption code. Your prize redemption code or coupon has been automatically issued to your OnePlus account. The redeem code will be valid before March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CET and and the 30 € off coupon on OnePlus Watch 3 is valid from February 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM CET to March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM CET. The prize is not transferable.
6. Winners can redeem their prize by using the redemption code on oneplus.com or the OnePlus Store app within the Campaign Territories, and while stocks last.
7. We may process your email address and OnePlus account for the purpose of the campaign. For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store.
8. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
9. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, and/or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the campaign result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
10. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants and/or the winners agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the gifts/prizes is the sole responsibility of the participants or the winners.
11. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
