Opmerkingen:
1. Alle hierboven vermelde geldprijzen zijn inclusief belastingen en worden in USD uitbetaald. Indien een winnaar alleen lokale valuta kan ontvangen, wordt de wisselkoers van 30 juni 2025, 23:59 uur (UTC+8) toegepast. De winnaars zijn als enige verantwoordelijk voor alle belastingen waaronder enuntiatief, de inkomstenbelasting, conform de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving.
2. OnePlus maakt de winnaars van de titels 'OnePlus Photography Expert' en 'OnePlus Photography Ambassador' bekend en de winnende inzendingen worden zonder aanvullende kennisgeving op zijn website, in e-mails, sociale media en andere communicatiekanalen gepubliceerd.

Wie komt in aanmerking voor deelname aan de 2025 OnePlus Photography Awards?
• Smartphonegebruikers, waar dan ook ter wereld, die volledig bekwaam zijn tot civielrechtelijk handelen zoals bepaald door de wet- en regelgeving in het land of de regio waar men verblijft. In het bijzonder moeten inzendingen in de 'OnePlus Group' zijn gemaakt door OnePlus smartphones, zonder dat het modevereist is; voor inzendingen in de 'Openbare groep' is geen smartphonemerk of -modevereist.
Uitvoerige regels voor inzendingen
1. Deelnemers kunnen ervoor kiezen om mee te doen aan 1-3 wedstrijdcategorieën, met een maximum van 15 inzendingen per categorie.
2. De inzendingen moeten de volledige EXIF-informatie bevatten. Ontbrekende EXIF-informatie kan het beoordelingsproces en de resultaten beïnvloeden.
3. Inzendingen kunnen in meerdere wedstrijdcategorieën worden ingediend, maar kunnen slechts in één categorie winnen.
4. Inzendingen mogen niet eerder dan 7 februari 2023, 23:59 PM (UTC+8) gefotografeerd zijn.
5. Inzendingen moeten in de JPG, JPEG, PNG, , HEIC en HEIF-indelingen zijn en de bestandsgrootte moet groter zijn dan 3 MB en mag niet groter zijn dan 10 MB.
6. De inzendingen moeten door de deelnemers zelf worden gefotografeerd en bewerkt. Het gebruik van desktopbeeldverwerkingsprogramma's, geautomatiseerde of AI-hulpmiddelen om de inhoud van de foto's te genereren, bewerken of verbeteren, is volstrekt niet toegestaan. Alleen basisbewerkingen zoals helderheid, contrast, witbalans en verzadiging via op mobiele telefoons geïnstalleerde bewerkingsapps zijn toegestaan. Samenstellingen en andere wijzigingen die de originele inhoud veranderen zijn volstrekt niet toegestaan.
7. Inzendingen die prijzen hebben gewonnen in andere fotowedstrijden (waaronder wedstrijden op sociale media) of die zijn gepubliceerd (met uitzondering van gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komen niet in aanmerking voor deelname.
8. Als een inzending vóór de bekendmaking van de winnaar op 19 augustus 2025 een prijs wint in een andere fotowedstrijd of gepubliceerd wordt (met uitzondering van het gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komt deze niet in aanmerking. De Sponsor behoudt zich het recht voor om de inzending te diskwalificeren en de daaraan verbonden rechten, kwalificaties en prijzen te annuleren als de inzending een prijs wint bij de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards'.
Hoe deel te nemen aan de Awards
1. Deelnemers kunnen hun inzendingen gratis inzenden via de officiële website van de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' of de officiële partnersite 500px. De titevan de bijbehorende inzending (maximaa10 woorden) en het verhaaachter de inzending (maximaa100 woorden) moeten worden vermeld.
2. Upload je inzendingen tijdig binnen de inlevertermijn. Na afloop van de inzendtermijn worden geen uploads of wijzigingen meer aanvaard.
3. De auteursrechten van de inzendingen behoren toe aan de betreffende deelnemers, die de sponsor toestemming geven om de inzendingen te presenteren via de sociale media van OnePlus, de officiële website van OnePlus en andere kanalen. Daarom zade Organisator de deelnemers niet apart informeren of hun toestemming vragen om hun inzendingen te gebruiken.
Beoordelingscriteria & Beoordelingsproces
Beoordelingscriteria:
Criteria zijn onder meer (maar niet enuntiatief) compositie, creativiteit, relevantie en visuele story-telling.
Beoordelingsproces:
1. Preliminaire beoordeling: Tijdens de indieningsperiode selecteert het Comité periodiek preliminair inzendingen zonder kwantitatieve beperking.
2. Lijst met finalisten: Nadat de indieningsperiode is gesloten, voert het Comité een gezamenlijke beoordeling uit van de preliminaire inzendingen en selecteert vervolgens de finalisten. Voor elke categorie van de competitie worden ongeveer 100 finalisten geselecteerd.
3. Beoordeling door de jury: De finalisten krijgen een score van de jury, die aan elke inzending een score toekent tussen 1-100 (zodat er effectief gedifferentieerd kan worden). Juryleden maken hun mening niet bekend en geven een onafhankelijke beoordeling.
4. Scoreberekening: De score van elke inzending wordt door het comité berekend waarmee de rangschikking en de einduitslag bepaald wordt.
5. Resultaten Publicatieperiode: Voorgestelde winnende inzendingen en gerelateerde informatie zullen publiekelijk bekend worden gemaakt voor publieke feedback en controle.
6. Bekendmaking winnaar: Na de publiciteitsperiode worden de definitieve resultaten bekendgemaakt, waarin de filosofie achter de wedstrijd, de meningen van de juryleden, de meningen van het Comité en het controle van het publiek worden gecombineerd.
Opmerking: Deelnemers die zich voor 1 augustus 2025 vrijwillig terugtrekken uit de wedstrijd, komen niet meer voor een prijs in aanmerking.
Verantwoordelijkheden van deelnemers en belofte tot inzending
1. Deelnemers moeten ervoor zorgen dat het auteursrecht op de inzendingen onafhankelijk, volledig, nauwkeurig en onomstreden is. Inzendingen mogen geen inbreuk maken op wettelijke rechten van derden, inclusief, enuntiatief, auteursrechten, naamrechten, handelsmerkrechten, portretrechten, privacy-rechten en andere wettelijke rechten.
2. Inzendingen mogen op geen enkele wijze de Sponsor of enig ander individu of partij belasteren of kleineren.
3. Inzendingen mogen geen ongepaste, grove, erotische of inbreukmakende inhoud bevatten, alsmede inhoud die haat zaait, geruchten verspreidt of laster overbrengt.
4. Inzendingen mogen geen inhoud bevatten die vooroordelen tegen groepen of individuen of discriminatie van rassen propageert, of haat of verwondingen toont; of inhoud die discriminatie van een ras, religie, nationaliteit, handicap, seksuele geaardheid of leeftijd ondersteunt.
5. Inzendingen mogen geen inhoud bevatten die illegaais, wetten overtreedt of regels en voorschriften of de sociale moraa(indien van toepassing) schendt van rechtsgebieden waar de inzending is gemaakt en ingediend.
6. Inzendingen mogen geen illegale drugs of wapens propageren (of een van beide items gebruiken), activiteiten die er onveilig of gevaarlijk uitzien, of informatie met specifieke politieke motieven.
7. Deelnemers verplichten zich om te voldoen aan de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving in hun rechtsgebied en mogen geen illegale inhoud met betrekking tot politiek, pornografie, geweld of terrorisme plaatsen of uploaden.
8. Inzendingen vertegenwoordigen niet de standpunten van OnePlus. OnePlus behoudt zich het recht voor technische of handmatige methoden te gebruiken om alle ingediende inzendingen te beoordelen. Indien een inzending in strijd is met bovengenoemde voorwaarden behoudt OnePlus zich het recht voor de inzending en alle bijbehorende rechten en kwalificaties te diskwalificeren.

Bekendmaking winnaar
1. l De resultaten worden op 19 augustus 2025 bekendgemaakt. Daarna volgt een periode van twee weken waarin het publiek de resultaten kan bekijken.
2. De winnaars worden op de officiële website bekendgemaakt. Na de publiciteitsperiode informeert het Comité de winnaars via SMS, telefoon of e-mail.
3. Stuur voor feedback of vragen over de resultaten een e-mainaar het Comité via photoawards@oneplus.com. Na de bekendmakingsperiode van de resultaten wordt geen feedback meer aanvaard. Als er tijdens deze periode overtredingen worden geconstateerd, worden de overtredende inzendingen gediskwalificeerd en de prijzen doorgegeven aan andere deelnemers. De overtredende deelnemers zijn voor dergelijke overtredingen juridisch aansprakelijk. Het Comité heeft het recht de prijzen, titels en andere toegekende rechten en belangen in te trekken en dit op de officiële website aan te kondigen.
4. Als de contactgegevens van een winnaar onvolledig of onjuist zijn, en de Sponsor de winnaar niet kan bereiken en de winnaar niet binnen vijftien (15) werkdagen na bekendmaking van de winnaarslijst het initiatief neemt om contact op te nemen met de Sponsor, of als de winnaar expliciet afstand doet van zijn/haar recht op de prijs, of de vereiste documenten niet binnen de aangegeven tijd indient, of als de ingediende documenten niet voldoen aan de eisen van de Sponsor, wordt de winnaar geacht zijn/haar recht op de prijs te verliezen. De Sponsor draagt hier geen gevolgen van en kent de prijs later niet opnieuw toe.

Wie komt in aanmerking voor deelname aan de 2025 OnePlus Photography Awards?
• Smartphonegebruikers, waar dan ook ter wereld, die volledig bekwaam zijn tot civielrechtelijk handelen zoals bepaald door de wet- en regelgeving in het land of de regio waar men verblijft. In het bijzonder moeten inzendingen in de 'OnePlus Group' zijn gemaakt door OnePlus smartphones, zonder dat het modevereist is; voor inzendingen in de 'Openbare groep' is geen smartphonemerk of -modevereist.
Uitvoerige regels voor inzendingen
1. Deelnemers kunnen ervoor kiezen om mee te doen aan 1-3 wedstrijdcategorieën, met een maximum van 15 inzendingen per categorie.
2. De inzendingen moeten de volledige EXIF-informatie bevatten. Ontbrekende EXIF-informatie kan het beoordelingsproces en de resultaten beïnvloeden.
3. Inzendingen kunnen in meerdere wedstrijdcategorieën worden ingediend, maar kunnen slechts in één categorie winnen.
4. Inzendingen mogen niet eerder dan 7 februari 2023, 23:59 PM (UTC+8) gefotografeerd zijn.
5. Inzendingen moeten in de JPG, JPEG, PNG, , HEIC en HEIF-indelingen zijn en de bestandsgrootte moet groter zijn dan 3 MB en mag niet groter zijn dan 10 MB.
6. De inzendingen moeten door de deelnemers zelf worden gefotografeerd en bewerkt. Het gebruik van desktopbeeldverwerkingsprogramma's, geautomatiseerde of AI-hulpmiddelen om de inhoud van de foto's te genereren, bewerken of verbeteren, is volstrekt niet toegestaan. Alleen basisbewerkingen zoals helderheid, contrast, witbalans en verzadiging via op mobiele telefoons geïnstalleerde bewerkingsapps zijn toegestaan. Samenstellingen en andere wijzigingen die de originele inhoud veranderen zijn volstrekt niet toegestaan.
7. Inzendingen die prijzen hebben gewonnen in andere fotowedstrijden (waaronder wedstrijden op sociale media) of die zijn gepubliceerd (met uitzondering van gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komen niet in aanmerking voor deelname.
8. Als een inzending vóór de bekendmaking van de winnaar op 19 augustus 2025 een prijs wint in een andere fotowedstrijd of gepubliceerd wordt (met uitzondering van het gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komt deze niet in aanmerking. De Sponsor behoudt zich het recht voor om de inzending te diskwalificeren en de daaraan verbonden rechten, kwalificaties en prijzen te annuleren als de inzending een prijs wint bij de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards'.
Hoe deel te nemen aan de Awards
1. Deelnemers kunnen hun inzendingen gratis inzenden via de officiële website van de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' of de officiële partnersite 500px. De titevan de bijbehorende inzending (maximaa10 woorden) en het verhaaachter de inzending (maximaa100 woorden) moeten worden vermeld.
2. Upload je inzendingen tijdig binnen de inlevertermijn. Na afloop van de inzendtermijn worden geen uploads of wijzigingen meer aanvaard.
3. De auteursrechten van de inzendingen behoren toe aan de betreffende deelnemers, die de sponsor toestemming geven om de inzendingen te presenteren via de sociale media van OnePlus, de officiële website van OnePlus en andere kanalen. Daarom zade Organisator de deelnemers niet apart informeren of hun toestemming vragen om hun inzendingen te gebruiken.
Beoordelingscriteria & Beoordelingsproces

Criteria zijn onder meer (maar niet enuntiatief) compositie, creativiteit, relevantie en visuele story-telling.
Beoordelingsproces:
1. Preliminaire beoordeling: Tijdens de indieningsperiode selecteert het Comité periodiek preliminair inzendingen zonder kwantitatieve beperking.
2. Lijst met finalisten: Nadat de indieningsperiode is gesloten, voert het Comité een gezamenlijke beoordeling uit van de preliminaire inzendingen en selecteert vervolgens de finalisten. Voor elke categorie van de competitie worden ongeveer 100 finalisten geselecteerd.
3. Beoordeling door de jury: De finalisten krijgen een score van de jury, die aan elke inzending een score toekent tussen 1-100 (zodat er effectief gedifferentieerd kan worden). Juryleden maken hun mening niet bekend en geven een onafhankelijke beoordeling.
4. Scoreberekening: De score van elke inzending wordt door het comité berekend waarmee de rangschikking en de einduitslag bepaald wordt.
5. Resultaten Publicatieperiode: Voorgestelde winnende inzendingen en gerelateerde informatie zullen publiekelijk bekend worden gemaakt voor publieke feedback en controle.
6. Bekendmaking winnaar: Na de publiciteitsperiode worden de definitieve resultaten bekendgemaakt, waarin de filosofie achter de wedstrijd, de meningen van de juryleden, de meningen van het Comité en het controle van het publiek worden gecombineerd.
Opmerking: Deelnemers die zich voor 1 augustus 2025 vrijwillig terugtrekken uit de wedstrijd, komen niet meer voor een prijs in aanmerking.
Verantwoordelijkheden van deelnemers en belofte tot inzending
1. Deelnemers moeten ervoor zorgen dat het auteursrecht op de inzendingen onafhankelijk, volledig, nauwkeurig en onomstreden is. Inzendingen mogen geen inbreuk maken op wettelijke rechten van derden, inclusief, enuntiatief, auteursrechten, naamrechten, handelsmerkrechten, portretrechten, privacy-rechten en andere wettelijke rechten.
2. Inzendingen mogen op geen enkele wijze de Sponsor of enig ander individu of partij belasteren of kleineren.
3. Inzendingen mogen geen ongepaste, grove, erotische of inbreukmakende inhoud bevatten, alsmede inhoud die haat zaait, geruchten verspreidt of laster overbrengt.
4. Inzendingen mogen geen inhoud bevatten die vooroordelen tegen groepen of individuen of discriminatie van rassen propageert, of haat of verwondingen toont; of inhoud die discriminatie van een ras, religie, nationaliteit, handicap, seksuele geaardheid of leeftijd ondersteunt.
5. Inzendingen mogen geen inhoud bevatten die illegaais, wetten overtreedt of regels en voorschriften of de sociale moraa(indien van toepassing) schendt van rechtsgebieden waar de inzending is gemaakt en ingediend.
6. Inzendingen mogen geen illegale drugs of wapens propageren (of een van beide items gebruiken), activiteiten die er onveilig of gevaarlijk uitzien, of informatie met specifieke politieke motieven.
7. Deelnemers verplichten zich om te voldoen aan de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving in hun rechtsgebied en mogen geen illegale inhoud met betrekking tot politiek, pornografie, geweld of terrorisme plaatsen of uploaden.
8. Inzendingen vertegenwoordigen niet de standpunten van OnePlus. OnePlus behoudt zich het recht voor technische of handmatige methoden te gebruiken om alle ingediende inzendingen te beoordelen. Indien een inzending in strijd is met bovengenoemde voorwaarden behoudt OnePlus zich het recht voor de inzending en alle bijbehorende rechten en kwalificaties te diskwalificeren.

The '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' is an annual global photography contest (hereinafter referred to as 'the Awards') provided by OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as 'OnePlus', 'the Sponsor', 'the Committee', 'we', 'us', or 'our') on which you can participate in by uploading mobile photography works to contest. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information collection and protection rules for all services related to the '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards', including the uploading, judging process, and prize distribution, provided by OnePlus to users worldwide (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service').

Registration and Submission
When you choose to participate in the 2025 OnePlus Photography Awards, we will collect your email address or phone number. This information is necessary to verify your unique and genuine identity and to contact you later to review the originality and compliance of your entries.
We will collect your social media account information. If your entry is selected as an outstanding entry or wins any prize, we will use OnePlus Official Account to engage interactions with you based on the social media information you provide. This information is optional, and if you refuse to provide such information, it will not affect your participation in the Awards.
During the registration process, to assess the effectiveness of our contest promotion, you will also need to provide information on how you learned about the Awards.
When uploading your entries, you must upload the original images containing EXIF information. Your entries (images) and related information, including photographer, title, description, competition group, competition category, as well as the brand and model of the device used (hereinafter referred to as 'Entry Information'), will be collected.
You must ensure that the submitted information and entries are true and accurate; otherwise, it may result in an inability to verify your entries and/or identity, affecting the judging process or prize distribution process. If the information you provide infringes on others' legitimate rights, you will bear the consequences.
By submitting your entries to the Awards, you agree to allow us to showcase your entries on the '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' official website and OnePlus official channels, as well as through our official partner 500px, and other users will be able to view your entries and Entry Information.
Judging Process
The '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' is a global contest. The Committee and the professional judging panel will jointly review and score submissions worldwide. The judging process for the Awards will take place in regions including, but not limited to, China, the EU, North America, and India. By submitting your entries, you agree to authorize the Committee and its professional judging panel to review and score your entries. You acknowledge and consent that your Entry Information may be transferred cross-border to the regions where the Committee and professional judging panel are located.
During the judging process, we may contact you via the contact information you provided to verify the originality and compliance of your entry, such as confirming that it was shot with a mobile device.
Publicity of Submitted Entries
During the submission period, the Committee will periodically select outstanding entries. If your entry is selected as an outstanding entry, the entry and the related information will be showcased on the '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' official website. The related information will include your entry (image), and Entry Information (e.g., photographer, title, description, competition group, competition category, as well as the brand and model of the device used).
After the judging process, if your entry wins any prize, we will announce your winning entry on the '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' official website. You agree to allow us to showcase your winning entry and the related information online and offline through OnePlus official channels, partners, and authorized parties. The related information will include your winning entry (image), Entry Information (e.g., photographer, title, description, competition group, competition category, as well as the brand and model of the device used), and award details.
Winner Announcement and Prize Distribution
If your entry wins a prize, we will inform you based on the contact information (email address or phone number) you provided during submission. The Committee will contact you via email or SMS to collect the necessary information for awarding. This may include your real name, email address, phone number, banking information (for cash prizes only), and shipping address (for physical prizes only).
Statistical Analysis
To better assess the effectiveness of the Awards and optimize our services, we may conduct statistical analysis on user data, such as the region associated with the OnePlus account, the source of contest information, and the brand and model of devices used. This statistical information will not be associated with your personal identity and will not be used for other commercial purposes.
2. Protection of Minors
The Awards is mainly intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not provide services directly to children. In other words, children are not allowed to participate in the Awards without the consent of their guardians. Please note that we treat anyone under the age of 18 (or under the minimum age of full legal capacity in the jurisdiction concerned) as a child. Please note that due to technical limitations and other objective factors, we may not be able to actively identify the age of users.
If we find that we have collected children's personal information, we will try to delete such information at the earliest possible time. • Smartphonegebruikers, waar dan ook ter wereld, die volledig bekwaam zijn tot civielrechtelijk handelen zoals bepaald door de wet- en regelgeving in het land of de regio waar men verblijft. In het bijzonder moeten inzendingen in de 'OnePlus Group' zijn gemaakt door OnePlus smartphones, zonder dat het modevereist is; voor inzendingen in de 'Openbare groep' is geen smartphonemerk of -modevereist.
Uitvoerige regels voor inzendingen
1. Deelnemers kunnen ervoor kiezen om mee te doen aan 1-3 wedstrijdcategorieën, met een maximum van 15 inzendingen per categorie.
2. De inzendingen moeten de volledige EXIF-informatie bevatten. Ontbrekende EXIF-informatie kan het beoordelingsproces en de resultaten beïnvloeden.
3. Inzendingen kunnen in meerdere wedstrijdcategorieën worden ingediend, maar kunnen slechts in één categorie winnen.
4. Inzendingen mogen niet eerder dan 7 februari 2023, 23:59 PM (UTC+8) gefotografeerd zijn.
5. Inzendingen moeten in de JPG, JPEG, PNG, , HEIC en HEIF-indelingen zijn en de bestandsgrootte moet groter zijn dan 3 MB en mag niet groter zijn dan 10 MB.
6. De inzendingen moeten door de deelnemers zelf worden gefotografeerd en bewerkt. Het gebruik van desktopbeeldverwerkingsprogramma's, geautomatiseerde of AI-hulpmiddelen om de inhoud van de foto's te genereren, bewerken of verbeteren, is volstrekt niet toegestaan. Alleen basisbewerkingen zoals helderheid, contrast, witbalans en verzadiging via op mobiele telefoons geïnstalleerde bewerkingsapps zijn toegestaan. Samenstellingen en andere wijzigingen die de originele inhoud veranderen zijn volstrekt niet toegestaan.
7. Inzendingen die prijzen hebben gewonnen in andere fotowedstrijden (waaronder wedstrijden op sociale media) of die zijn gepubliceerd (met uitzondering van gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komen niet in aanmerking voor deelname.
8. Als een inzending vóór de bekendmaking van de winnaar op 19 augustus 2025 een prijs wint in een andere fotowedstrijd of gepubliceerd wordt (met uitzondering van het gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komt deze niet in aanmerking. De Sponsor behoudt zich het recht voor om de inzending te diskwalificeren en de daaraan verbonden rechten, kwalificaties en prijzen te annuleren als de inzending een prijs wint bij de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards'.
Hoe deel te nemen aan de Awards
1. Deelnemers kunnen hun inzendingen gratis inzenden via de officiële website van de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' of de officiële partnersite 500px. De titevan de bijbehorende inzending (maximaa10 woorden) en het verhaaachter de inzending (maximaa100 woorden) moeten worden vermeld.
2. Upload je inzendingen tijdig binnen de inlevertermijn. Na afloop van de inzendtermijn worden geen uploads of wijzigingen meer aanvaard.
3. De auteursrechten van de inzendingen behoren toe aan de betreffende deelnemers, die de sponsor toestemming geven om de inzendingen te presenteren via de sociale media van OnePlus, de officiële website van OnePlus en andere kanalen. Daarom zade Organisator de deelnemers niet apart informeren of hun toestemming vragen om hun inzendingen te gebruiken.
Beoordelingscriteria & Beoordelingsproces
Beoordelingscriteria:
Criteria zijn onder meer (maar niet enuntiatief) compositie, creativiteit, relevantie en visuele story-telling.
Beoordelingsproces:
1. Preliminaire beoordeling: Tijdens de indieningsperiode selecteert het Comité periodiek preliminair inzendingen zonder kwantitatieve beperking.
2. Lijst met finalisten: Nadat de indieningsperiode is gesloten, voert het Comité een gezamenlijke beoordeling uit van de preliminaire inzendingen en selecteert vervolgens de finalisten. Voor elke categorie van de competitie worden ongeveer 100 finalisten geselecteerd.
3. Beoordeling door de jury: De finalisten krijgen een score van de jury, die aan elke inzending een score toekent tussen 1-100 (zodat er effectief gedifferentieerd kan worden). Juryleden maken hun mening niet bekend en geven een onafhankelijke beoordeling.
4. Scoreberekening: De score van elke inzending wordt door het comité berekend waarmee de rangschikking en de einduitslag bepaald wordt.
5. Resultaten Publicatieperiode: Voorgestelde winnende inzendingen en gerelateerde informatie zullen publiekelijk bekend worden gemaakt voor publieke feedback en controle.
6. Bekendmaking winnaar: Na de publiciteitsperiode worden de definitieve resultaten bekendgemaakt, waarin de filosofie achter de wedstrijd, de meningen van de juryleden, de meningen van het Comité en het controle van het publiek worden gecombineerd.
Opmerking: Deelnemers die zich voor 1 augustus 2025 vrijwillig terugtrekken uit de wedstrijd, komen niet meer voor een prijs in aanmerking.
Verantwoordelijkheden van deelnemers en belofte tot inzending
1. Deelnemers moeten ervoor zorgen dat het auteursrecht op de inzendingen onafhankelijk, volledig, nauwkeurig en onomstreden is. 2. Inzendingen mogen op geen enkele wijze de Sponsor of enig ander individu of partij belasteren of kleineren.
3. Inzendingen mogen geen ongepaste, grove, erotische of inbreukmakende inhoud bevatten, alsmede inhoud die haat zaait, geruchten verspreidt of laster overbrengt.
4. Inzendingen mogen geen inhoud bevatten die vooroordelen tegen groepen of individuen of discriminatie van rassen propageert, of haat of verwondingen toont; of inhoud die discriminatie van een ras, religie, nationaliteit, handicap, seksuele geaardheid of leeftijd ondersteunt.
5. Inzendingen mogen geen inhoud bevatten die illegaais, wetten overtreedt of regels en voorschriften of de sociale moraa(indien van toepassing) schendt van rechtsgebieden waar de inzending is gemaakt en ingediend.
6. Inzendingen mogen geen illegale drugs of wapens propageren (of een van beide items gebruiken), activiteiten die er onveilig of gevaarlijk uitzien, of informatie met specifieke politieke motieven.
7. Deelnemers verplichten zich om te voldoen aan de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving in hun rechtsgebied en mogen geen illegale inhoud met betrekking tot politiek, pornografie, geweld of terrorisme plaatsen of uploaden.
8. Inzendingen vertegenwoordigen niet de standpunten van OnePlus. OnePlus behoudt zich het recht voor technische of handmatige methoden te gebruiken om alle ingediende inzendingen te beoordelen. Indien een inzending in strijd is met bovengenoemde voorwaarden behoudt OnePlus zich het recht voor de inzending en alle bijbehorende rechten en kwalificaties te diskwalificeren.

Bekendmaking winnaar
1. l De resultaten worden op 19 augustus 2025 bekendgemaakt. Daarna volgt een periode van twee weken waarin het publiek de resultaten kan bekijken.
2. De winnaars worden op de officiële website bekendgemaakt. Na de publiciteitsperiode informeert het Comité de winnaars via SMS, telefoon of e-mail.
3. Stuur voor feedback of vragen over de resultaten een e-mainaar het Comité via photoawards@oneplus.com. Na de bekendmakingsperiode van de resultaten wordt geen feedback meer aanvaard. Als er tijdens deze periode overtredingen worden geconstateerd, worden de overtredende inzendingen gediskwalificeerd en de prijzen doorgegeven aan andere deelnemers. De overtredende deelnemers zijn voor dergelijke overtredingen juridisch aansprakelijk. Het Comité heeft het recht de prijzen, titels en andere toegekende rechten en belangen in te trekken en dit op de officiële website aan te kondigen.
4. Als de contactgegevens van een winnaar onvolledig of onjuist zijn, en de Sponsor de winnaar niet kan bereiken en de winnaar niet binnen vijftien (15) werkdagen na bekendmaking van de winnaarslijst het initiatief neemt om contact op te nemen met de Sponsor, of als de winnaar expliciet afstand doet van zijn/haar recht op de prijs, of de vereiste documenten niet binnen de aangegeven tijd indient, of als de ingediende documenten niet voldoen aan de eisen van de Sponsor, wordt de winnaar geacht zijn/haar recht op de prijs te verliezen. De Sponsor draagt hier geen gevolgen van en kent de prijs later niet opnieuw toe.

The '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' is a global contest. If your entry is selected by the Sponsor as an outstanding entry, the entry and related information will be publicly showcased. Other users can view your entry, along with your nickname and other necessary information, through the '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' website and OnePlus official channels, as well as through official partners and authorized third-parties. The participants shall agree to give non-exclusive, non-revocable and non-transferable authorization to the Sponsor and the affiliated entities and the authorized third-parties to use their entries as from the submission date as part of the activities and materials to promote the Awards and OnePlus Imaging Capability for free (3 years, from 00:00 February 7, 2025 to 23:59 February 7, 2028, UTC +8. Bekendmaking winnaar
1. l De resultaten worden op 19 augustus 2025 bekendgemaakt. Daarna volgt een periode van twee weken waarin het publiek de resultaten kan bekijken.
2. De winnaars worden op de officiële website bekendgemaakt. Na de publiciteitsperiode informeert het Comité de winnaars via SMS, telefoon of e-mail.

The terms 'You' or 'Your' as used herein may also refer to 'Participants,' 'Winners,' or 'Winning Users' as relevant within the context. Wie komt in aanmerking voor deelname aan de 2025 OnePlus Photography Awards?
• Smartphonegebruikers, waar dan ook ter wereld, die volledig bekwaam zijn tot civielrechtelijk handelen zoals bepaald door de wet- en regelgeving in het land of de regio waar men verblijft. In het bijzonder moeten inzendingen in de 'OnePlus Group' zijn gemaakt door OnePlus smartphones, zonder dat het modevereist is; voor inzendingen in de 'Openbare groep' is geen smartphonemerk of -modevereist.
Uitvoerige regels voor inzendingen
1. Deelnemers kunnen ervoor kiezen om mee te doen aan 1-3 wedstrijdcategorieën, met een maximum van 15 inzendingen per categorie.
2. De inzendingen moeten de volledige EXIF-informatie bevatten. Ontbrekende EXIF-informatie kan het beoordelingsproces en de resultaten beïnvloeden.
3. Inzendingen kunnen in meerdere wedstrijdcategorieën worden ingediend, maar kunnen slechts in één categorie winnen.
4. Inzendingen mogen niet eerder dan 7 februari 2023, 23:59 PM (UTC+8) gefotografeerd zijn.
5. Inzendingen moeten in de JPG, JPEG, PNG, , HEIC en HEIF-indelingen zijn en de bestandsgrootte moet groter zijn dan 3 MB en mag niet groter zijn dan 10 MB.
6. De inzendingen moeten door de deelnemers zelf worden gefotografeerd en bewerkt. Het gebruik van desktopbeeldverwerkingsprogramma's, geautomatiseerde of AI-hulpmiddelen om de inhoud van de foto's te genereren, bewerken of verbeteren, is volstrekt niet toegestaan. Alleen basisbewerkingen zoals helderheid, contrast, witbalans en verzadiging via op mobiele telefoons geïnstalleerde bewerkingsapps zijn toegestaan. Samenstellingen en andere wijzigingen die de originele inhoud veranderen zijn volstrekt niet toegestaan.
7. Inzendingen die prijzen hebben gewonnen in andere fotowedstrijden (waaronder wedstrijden op sociale media) of die zijn gepubliceerd (met uitzondering van gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komen niet in aanmerking voor deelname.
8. Als een inzending vóór de bekendmaking van de winnaar op 19 augustus 2025 een prijs wint in een andere fotowedstrijd of gepubliceerd wordt (met uitzondering van het gratis delen en opnieuw plaatsen op sociale mediaplatforms), komt deze niet in aanmerking. De Sponsor behoudt zich het recht voor om de inzending te diskwalificeren en de daaraan verbonden rechten, kwalificaties en prijzen te annuleren als de inzending een prijs wint bij de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards'.
Hoe deel te nemen aan de Awards
1. Deelnemers kunnen hun inzendingen gratis inzenden via de officiële website van de '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' of de officiële partnersite 500px. De titevan de bijbehorende inzending (maximaa10 woorden) en het verhaaachter de inzending (maximaa100 woorden) moeten worden vermeld.
2. Upload je inzendingen tijdig binnen de inlevertermijn. Na afloop van de inzendtermijn worden geen uploads of wijzigingen meer aanvaard.
3. De auteursrechten van de inzendingen behoren toe aan de betreffende deelnemers, die de sponsor toestemming geven om de inzendingen te presenteren via de sociale media van OnePlus, de officiële website van OnePlus en andere kanalen. Daarom zade Organisator de deelnemers niet apart informeren of hun toestemming vragen om hun inzendingen te gebruiken.
Beoordelingscriteria & Beoordelingsproces
Beoordelingscriteria:
Criteria zijn onder meer (maar niet enuntiatief) compositie, creativiteit, relevantie en visuele story-telling.
Beoordelingsproces:
1. Preliminaire beoordeling: Tijdens de indieningsperiode selecteert het Comité periodiek preliminair inzendingen zonder kwantitatieve beperking.
2. Lijst met finalisten: Nadat de indieningsperiode is gesloten, voert het Comité een gezamenlijke beoordeling uit van de preliminaire inzendingen en selecteert vervolgens de finalisten. Voor elke categorie van de competitie worden ongeveer 100 finalisten geselecteerd.
3. Beoordeling door de jury: De finalisten krijgen een score van de jury, die aan elke inzending een score toekent tussen 1-100 (zodat er effectief gedifferentieerd kan worden). Juryleden maken hun mening niet bekend en geven een onafhankelijke beoordeling.
4. Scoreberekening: De score van elke inzending wordt door het comité berekend waarmee de rangschikking en de einduitslag bepaald wordt.
5. Resultaten Publicatieperiode: Voorgestelde winnende inzendingen en gerelateerde informatie zullen publiekelijk bekend worden gemaakt voor publieke feedback en controle.
6. Bekendmaking winnaar: Na de publiciteitsperiode worden de definitieve resultaten bekendgemaakt, waarin de filosofie achter de wedstrijd, de meningen van de juryleden, de meningen van het Comité en het controle van het publiek worden gecombineerd.
Opmerking: Deelnemers die zich voor 1 augustus 2025 vrijwillig terugtrekken uit de wedstrijd, komen niet meer voor een prijs in aanmerking.

Liability Restriction Clause
Participation in the contest will be deemed as you agree with these Terms and Conditions. Where relevant laws and regulations permit, the Sponsor shall have the final right to interpret all the relevant matters of the Awards, including but not limited to the standard terms and conditions of the contest rules of the Awards, and the final results by the judge panel shall have the binding force on this contest. Participation in the contest indicates that the participant fully understands and agrees with these Terms and Conditions of the Awards and the decision by the judge panel.
In case any violation of these Terms and Conditions occurs, the Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify the participant from any awards. In the event that any disqualification, legal disputes and other adverse consequences arise from the breach of these Terms and Conditions by any of the participants, he or she shall undertake all liabilities by him or herself, and the Sponsor disclaims any and all liability arising from the aforesaid dispute.
OnePlus reserves the right to adjust the contest rules and these Terms and Conditions in a reasonable range in accordance with the relevant criteria and common practices of similar contests. If the adjustment involves substantial changes, which will affect your rights and obligations, OnePlus will inform you in a proper manner. You are expected to check these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure your understanding of any alterations by OnePlus. Your continued use of the website after the alteration of the rules means that you accept to be bound by the alterations or/and modifications to these Terms and Conditions.
Dispute Resolution Clause
Any disputes arising from or related to the contest shall be settled through friendly negotiations. Should such dispute fail to be settled through friendly negotiations within five (5) days after the start date of the negotiation, both parties agree to submit such dispute to a People’s Court with jurisdiction of Futian District, Shenzhen, Guang Dong Province, China for litigation. The establishment, entry into force, fulfillment, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China (excluding laws and regulations of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect consumers in certain countries or regions to enforce their consumer protection rights in accordance with local applicable laws.
