Why is the remote control button not working?

The remote support IR or bluetooth for controlling the OnePlus TV, before that should check the status of battery. Then check whether the bluetooth is paired.
Important: Strongly suggest to pair you remote via bluetooth with your OnePlus TV before using.

Is it a full screen OnePlus TV?

Yes,  this model is full-metal and bezel-less full screen design. 

Can we have an option to enable the soundbar on an always on mode instead of having it slide in and out every time?

We have this option, setting->personalise->speaker stretch.

Serial Number is identification for asset, do not support for any modification.

What formats of video playback does OnePlus TV support?

Online video cannot be played.

Please check  your network status first.
If the router and Wi-Fi or ethernet connection is stable, please contact   with your network operator.
If issue remains, please share your device info with Serial Number and MAC address, will try to figure out the root cause and get back to you.

Why the location of the weather app is not accurate?

The weather app uses Google location to get positioning through the network, which may have some errors compared with GPS positioning.

How to submit a issue feedback / system log?

There are two ways, one is to directly select the issue you want to report in the Settings->More Settings->Bug Report of the OnePlus TV; the other is to download the Oneplus Connect APP and open the profile ->OnePlus TV issue feedback of the App to report more details.

Does it support voice control?

Yes, this model is built in with Google Assistant.

Your could short press the microphone button and start talking. Make sure the remote had paired via bluetooth with your TV before using.

Does it support Dolby sound?

Support dolby audio.

How to cast the device to OnePlus TV?

Ensure your OnePlus TV and mobile under the same network.

Method1: Launch VOD apps firstly, then tap the "CAST" icon on APP playing page, such as Youtube/Zee5/Prime Video.

Method2: Connect "CONNECT" app in piror, then tap settings to invoke Miracasting, then whole wallpage and content will be streamed to TV Panel .

Connecting to HDMI ARC is not working some times. Need detailed instructions.

1. Hook up HDMI cable then insert into HDMI port1 on TV site,  another hook up to Theater's Aduio Out port. 

2. Connect external Audio Decoder or Theater with your TV via HDMI cable.

3. Invoke Settings - Audio - Auido Out option,  select as PCM/Passthrough.

4. Set proper input source selection on your external audio decoder or theater,  and then sound came out from your external speakers.

Might be network issue, please check environment of your home networking firstly.

While connecting to alexa through bluetooth the alexa option is not showing on OnePlus TV?

Please add your OnePlus TV into Alexa account first:
    1. Launch Alexa app on your mobile then login your Amazon account.
    2. Bound your TV into device list.
    3. Make sure your TV and Alexa echo under same network env (TV should login in Alexa account as well).
    4.  "Hi Alexa"   to trigger TV on/off.

Voice is not recognizing in OnePlus TV while using google assistant.

1. Ensure you TV already be registered with Google Account.
2. Make sure your Remote Controll be connected with Bluetooth mode.
3. Please re-check your networking status is properly.
